Platinum Sponsor – Total Investment $6,000
  • EXPO Official Program and Directory: One full page color ad.
  • Ten (10) tickets to the LRA Awards Gala (attendance is more than 400).
  • Pre-show publicity in the A La Carte magazine: This is the official publications of the Louisiana Restaurant Association and is distributed to more than 4,000 members.
  • Mention in pre-show publicity press releases to statewide media.
  • Company logo predominately displayed throughout the EXPO.
  • Company logo displayed in pre-registration brochure distributed to 10,000 foodservice establishments (due to printing deadlines a cut-off date of March 1 has been set).
  • Company logo prominently displayed on shuttle board at shuttle drop-off and pick-up in front of Hall I.
  • Award presentation at the EXPO opening ceremony (company representative will accept award on opening stage).
  • Company logo displayed on hanging aisle signs and column wraps.
  • Dedicated email blast to pre-registered attendees.

  • Will be able to participate in Booth Bingo: One (1) square that will go out to all attendees.

Booth Bingo- $550 (24 slots available)

Sponsor a square on the Booth Bingo card. Bingo cards are handed out to all attendees at registration and are a great tool to ensure that attendees will visit your booth. (Two great prizes will be given each day to the winning Booth Bingo players.)


On-Site Hanging Lobby Banner Opportunities- $750 (4 available)


Focus attendees on your brand and booth number when you place a highly visible banner in our registration areas. You provide the banner, up to 6 feet long, and we will hang it for you! (Banner must be in the hands of Show Management one week prior to the event.)


Registration Kick Panels- $3,500 (EXCLUSIVE)


Your company logo displayed on all of the registration panels throughout the lobby area. (This is a highly visible area that every attendee walks into during the show.)


Exhibit Hall Bag Sponsor- $4,000 (EXCLUSIVE)


Put your company name in the hands of thousands of attendees by supplying them with show bags (provided by sponsoring company). To maximize your exposure as the Exhibit Hall Bag Sponsor, be sure place a piece of literature about your company or offer a show special.


Exhibit Hall Lanyards- $4,000 (EXCLUSIVE)


Lanyards will be distributed to all attendees registration only. This is a great way to show your company's presence at the EXPO. The sponsor will need to supply a quantity of at least 6,000.
