On behalf of the LRA Board of Directors and the EXPO Committee, we would like to offer you the opportunity to become a sponsor of the 2013 Louisiana Foodservice & Hospitality EXPO, which will be held at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA, August 3-5, 2013.

Your sponsorship enables us to offer educational programs, quality speakers, shuttle service and so much more.

EXPO 2013 provides the venue for corporations to excel and succeed by creating new sales opportunities for their products and services. We hope you will join us as an Industry Leader by becoming an "OFFICIAL EXPO 2013 SPONSOR."

The following "Sponsorship Investment" explains the various levels of participation. The LRA will make every effort to make you shine at the 2013 Louisiana Foodservice & Hospitality EXPO. Platinum Sponsor – Total Investment $5,000
  • EXPO Official Program and Directory: sponsorship of the book everyone wants, both on-site and after the EXPO. Your company is entitled to one full-page ad (13,000 copies distributed at EXPO).
  • Six (6) tickets to the LRA Awards Gala (attendance is more than 300).
  • Sponsor ribbons to wear throughout the EXPO so that attendees will know you are an EXPO sponsor.
  • Pre-show publicity in the A La Carte magazine and the LRA Restaurant Report newsletter. These are the official publications of the Louisiana Restaurant Association that are distributed to more than 4,000 members.
  • Mention in pre-show publicity press releases to statewide media.
  • Company logo predominately displayed throughout the EXPO.
  • Company logo displayed in pre-registration brochure distributed to 30,000 foodservice establishments (due to printing deadlines a cut-off date of March 1 has been set).
  • Company logo prominently displayed on shuttle board at shuttle drop-off and pick-up in front of Hall I.
  • Award presentation at the EXPO opening ceremony (company representative will accept award on opening stage).
  • Company logo displayed on hanging aisle signs and column wraps.

As a Platinum Sponsor, additional opportunities for exposure during the EXPO could become available. We will offer them to you as part of this sponsorship package.

Gold Sponsor – Total Investment $3,000

  • Four (4) tickets to the LRA Awards Gala (attendance is more than 300).

ATTENDANCE RESTRICTION SPECIAL NOTICE: In order to ensure a professional business atmosphere, the Louisiana Foodservice EXPO is not open to the general public. No security clearance will be given to anyone under 18 years of age, including infants in strollers or backpacks. NO Exceptions!
