	Northwest Chapter Gary Carr President Gary Carr of Quizno’s in Bossier City will serve as chapter president in 2010. Carr has been a member of the association nine years and has served on the Northwest Chapter Board of Directors since 2007. The largest metropolitan areas in the Northwest Chapter are Shreveport and Bossier City. The LRA Regional Director for the Northwest Chapter is Kelly McLemore.
