Right to Decline Membership:
The Louisiana Restaurant Association (LRA) reserves the right to decline any membership application at its sole discretion. Decisions regarding membership are made based on the association's mission, values, and the best interests of the organization and its members. Applications may be declined without obligation to provide specific reasoning.

Right to Revoke Membership:
The Louisiana Restaurant Association (LRA) reserves the right to revoke membership at any time if a member is found to be in violation of the association's bylaws, policies, or code of conduct, or if their actions are deemed harmful to the reputation, integrity, or mission of the organization. Membership revocation will be conducted following an internal review and, where applicable, notice to the member involved. Please note that all membership dues paid to the LRA are nonrefundable, regardless of the circumstances surrounding the revocation of membership.
