What to Expect at the Bayou Culinary Showcase 2024

The Bayou Culinary Showcase is a celebration of the best flavors and dishes from across the Bayou region. This year, 15 of the area's top restaurants will be serving up their most delectable creations. Here’s a sneak peek at some of the mouth-watering dishes you can expect:

• Fremin’s/Flanagan’s: Fried Crawfish Etouffee Boulettes with Cream Cheese and Pepper Jelly
• Big Mike’s BBQ: Pulled Pork Nachos
• Cinclare: Pork Grillades & Grits Bao Buns

• Cypress Columns: White Chocolate Bread Pudding
