New Leader for LRA Workers’ Comp

The Louisiana Restaurant Association (LRA) Workers’ Compensation Self-Insurance Fund (LRA WC) has appointed Dustin Hebert as its new General Manager. With over 20 years of experience and a family legacy in insurance, Hebert is well-prepared to lead the program’s continued growth and support Louisiana’s hospitality industry.

Founded in 1982, LRA Workers’ Comp was created to provide stable, industry-specific workers’ compensation coverage for Louisiana’s restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs, and hospitality businesses. As a homogeneous self-insurance fund, LRA WC is member-owned and offers:

Industry Expertise and Leadership

Hebert, a Nicholls State University graduate with a degree in Business, has built a distinguished career in the insurance industry. He serves on the Leadership Lafourche Board of Directors and earned Top Gun honors at the NCCI Workers' Compensation Sales School, achieving the highest distinction among 50 peers nationwide.
